Cumulative Update 6 Bug Resolution
We had a few different customers who have recently applied the Dec 2017 update and have encountered similar issues.
In order to test this, one of our larger customers set up a bypass of the bastion in order to directly communicate with the SfB infrastructure and still encountered the same issue.
Another customer has informed us that they have contacted Microsoft about the issue and supplied us of the solution they received:
They found that additional settings to be done for external access.
You run the Set-CsPlatformServiceSettings cmdlet to set the value of the enableExternalAccessCheck parameter to true in Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2015.
You run the Set-CsExternalAccessPolicy cmdlet to set the value of the EnableOutsideAccess parameter to True per user.
